Missouri State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick on The Mark Milton Show

Missouri State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick was a guest on “The Mark Milton Show” to talk taxes, starting his own dock building and repair business at 16 years old, his time in the Missouri Legislature, his duties as Treasurer, and 529 college savings plans.

The Missouri State Treasurer is the state’s chief financial officer responsible for managing Missouri’s $20 billion in annual state revenues, directing its banking services, and overseeing its $3.5 billion investment portfolio.

Fitzpatrick also is responsible for returning Missouri’s Unclaimed Property, which currently totals more than $1 billion in unclaimed assets and has featured such artifacts as documents signed by U.S. presidents and original animations from Walt Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” movie.
